I am sorry to hear that you are currently dealing with the bothersome issue.
Along with the Mindfullness Meditation mentioned by Hibee...other self help coping skills are beneficial as well for lowering overall anxiety and the physical symptoms it causes.
Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Breathing Exercises and Positive Mantras are 3 of my go-to tools that always help.
