Not sure where to put this but I figured I’d start here since when ever I have a health issue pop up that may or may not warrant getting treated, that debate about
whether to get checked out causes a lot of anxiety. I’ve been moving into a new place and had to do quite a bit of strenuous heavy lifting, missed a lot of sleep and it was very stressful. Finally in the new place feeling good about
the new place and circumstances but my body seems to be revolting from the whole process. My back is in a lot of pain, I’ve been trying stretches and rolling out knots but it’s only temporary. When I wake up i feel the worst, my hands are usually swollen and painful, can’t make a fist. My feet and ankles hurt. Everything is stiff. Aside from the back, A lot of this improves as the day goes on. Is this normal after a big move and strenuous work? I do a lot of lifting at work and never had issues with that. I’ve had joint issues in the past related to Crohn’s disease and possibly something else but nothing definitive. Not sure if I should wait it out but it’s causing me to be very late for work.
