I’ve been having problems with a sore neck it’s doing my head in I went for a massage but it has not helped so I’m back on strong painkillers.

My anxiety is also high at the moment as it looks like we are heading into a second wave of Coronavirus and maybe a second lockdown. 2020 has definitely been a year I’d like to forget.

Yes, the developed world is being smacked in the face with the reality axe.
and so it should be. But yes my heart breaks....
but not just for covid,
for the those already gone through hell, and still are
ebola, aids, hepatitis, starvation,
the list goes on and on. chernobyl....still having its effects.
mers and sars were the warm up act to covid 19. HT
